Yoga

These yoga classes offer a space for your child to experience play and a sense of wonder through breathing techniques, physical postures, and guidelines for classroom behavior. Yoga assists the development of the physical body by challenging children to use their muscles in new ways of exploring. They begin to understand themselves in their community by engaging in exercises within a safe space; where they learn to get back up when they fall!Through the yoga poses your child will be learning mindfulness, focus, compassion, strength, flexibility, confidence, and balance. We discuss plant cycles, emotions, overcoming nervousness, seasons, and other relevant criteria to what they learn in class every day.
