Registration Requirements:

1. We must see proof of age (birth certificate or other legal document).
2. An enrollment packet must be filled out.
3. A non-refundable deposit is due at registration. Tuition is payable; once a year in August- twice a year (August and December) or a monthly withdrawal starting in August.
4. A completed tuition agreement must be completed at the time of enrollment.
5. Proof of physical examination and immunization records are required for enrollment.
6. A complete list of telephone numbers (home, cell, business emergency, etc.) is required.

Registration will be accepted only for vacancies in established groups. Waiting lists are used.
